Credit Card Fiasco - Car insurance

    Hello,

    My car insurance renewal went through today which was expected however it has gone through on my debit card rather than the credit card I paid on last year.

    The only reason they had the debit card details is because I had to change my car details midway through the policy and paid £15 for the change using my debit card. I had no idea they would then take the renewal this way.

    Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear about this. We take payment from the last card that was used on the policy. You should have been made aware of this at the time, so I apologise if this wasn't made clear to you. It should also have been outlined on your policy documents.
