I used the Tesco banking app for my club card pay+ account.

I transferred some funds from Tesco to my current account (with another bank) earlier today.

it came up with an error and said to try again, but when I refreshed, the amount had been deducted. It hasn’t been received at the other end.

my other bank won’t help, saying Tesco need to release it. But the funds are now missing from my account!!!
