I am trying to update my contact information but each time I think I’ve succeeded, I am asked for my Tesco Bank Password “to ensure it’s me”.

Sadly my password is not recognised and I can find no facility on line to enable me to change it.

What on earth am I supposed to do?

I'm sorry to hear about this and can imagine how frustrating it must be.

Presumably you are entering the correct password to login to your account in the first instance, so it sounds like an issue at our end.
