Payment and credit

    I believe there has been some sort of mix up with my account? I have taken a screenshot.

    It is saying I have a £350 credit limit. Have £346.50 left to spend but am over £380 owing to you. I have made several payments but they don't seem to have gone through. But then it looks like they have as it is saying I have the credit yet it is saying I owe money???? I'm confused. I've made extra payment today as I am worried about this being left so please refund me if the previous payments have already gone through.

    Also I would like to close this account but everytime I send the form off it says there is a problem!

    I'm finding this very frustrating.

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Please call the Credit Card team so they can look into this for you. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
