HI

So my Tesco banking app is now not working on my I-phone 13 - don't know if this is to do with an update. but I have since tried on the laptop and have the same issue. Just won't recognise anything.

I cannot access the banking app to check my credit card. It's asking me to re-register when I do and get to the stage to input the credit card number it says my details are not recognised, as if my credit card has disappeared!! was working yesterday morning now nothing. When I did manage to change password it just brings up my car insurance details. I've had this credit card for years with no issues using the app - now what do I do??? I need to check the balance to make payment and to see what's come off it???
