tescobank mobile app not working

    So my Tesco banking app is now not working on my I-phone 13 - don't know if this is to do with an update. but I have since tried on the laptop and have the same issue. Just won't recognise anything.

    I cannot access the banking app to check my credit card. It's asking me to re-register when I do and get to the stage to input the credit card number it says my details are not recognised, as if my credit card has disappeared!! was working yesterday morning now nothing. When I did manage to change password it just brings up my car insurance details. I've had this credit card for years with no issues using the app - now what do I do??? I need to check the balance to make payment and to see what's come off it???

    @Turboxwing13 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you can see your Car Insurance policy when you login this means you're logging in with the username for that account.

    If you click 'I've forgotten' on the login screen, and fill in the required details you should be able to reset your details for the Credit Card account.

    If you've tried this and are still unable to access the account, please call the technical helpdesk team on 0345 300 3511 (8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) and they'll be happy to help.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience this is causing in the meantime.
