Why haven't I received my funds yet?

    Good Afternoon,

    I Applied for a loan yesterday and was accepted and said funds would be in within 24hours and still havent recieved them and its been over 24 hours.

    @Robplatek123 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you've digitally signed this means you will receive your funds within the next 24-48 business hours (from signing) if everything is okay with our final checks. As soon as they have left our account, we'll text to let you know that they are on the way to your account.

    Once you've received your funds, you'll get a welcome pack 5-7 working days later which will confirm the date of your first payment. Your welcome pack will also confirm your loan sort code and account number meaning you will have all the details required to register for online banking.
