Hi,

My wife and I were getting notifications from someone else's account.
Our account was then transferred to another account.
Now we get no notifications, which makes me nervous as I would be unaware of any fraud.

Notifications are enabled on our phones. I have just got a new phone, which I thought might fix it - it did not.

What are my options now? Thank you

Which model of phone do you have?

@ChristopherP Thanks for helping. The new phone is a Google Pixel 7

In Settings > App Notifications > All Apps > Tesco Bank = On
(it has the same settings as Barclays - which sends notifications fine)
