My wife and I were getting notifications from someone else's account.
Our account was then transferred to another account.
Now we get no notifications, which makes me nervous as I would be unaware of any fraud.
Notifications are enabled on our phones. I have just got a new phone, which I thought might fix it - it did not.
What are my options now? Thank you
