Why do they say it is an Internet saver when I have to send back a signed from in a second class envelope. I am already a customer so you know who I am !!! It's taken over 2 weeks of my money being locked away in an "instant access" account and still I'm not approved !
I went in to a branch of Virgin money and they laughed at me literally when I said I wanted to open an E-saver account - and could I sign the forms ! "It's on the Internet you idiot !"
So I then log on to my Tesco account via a browser manage to move £1 out then - the whole thing crashes when I try and move any more money.
It's not ideal is it ?
