hi i’ve had my savings account open for many two months now and i stupidly as a first time savings account owner, put a LOT of money in there just to find out that i literally can’t withdraw even a single penny from it which is very worrying due to the fact i never know when i need that money which is why i went with an savings account that “allows me to withdraw at any time” i have sent back the letter with a signature yet i am still unable to? any help?

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) they'll look into this for you.
