Why is it impossible to report an issue with receipts at this ATM? The machine is only giving out blank pieces of paper. When I spoke to Customer service inside the store, I was politely informed that it had been a problem for a long time, but that they were unable to fix it as they did not service the machine. I tried ringing the phone number on the front of the ATM and found that it only related to lost cards and cheque books. I then tried to report it via the Tesco website, as it's a Tesco bank machine, but I couldn't find an option to do so.
