Hi there. I have taken out a loan with Tesco very recently and my first payment was due to be taken out on 3rd October but it has not. Is it possible to check if there is a problem, in the event it affects my repayments/credit score?
Direct debit hasn't been taken

If you didn't request a payment holiday at the start of your term and the payment hasn't collected, please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm, and they'll be happy to help.
