Invalid card

    I have tried adding my card to apple wallet but just get a message saying that the details are not valid. I have tried to input them manually and using the photo identification but nothing changes. Been in touch with Tesco and they say the card is valid and it’s an Apple error, Apple say there is nothing wrong and it’s a bank issue.

    What is wrong and how is it resolved?

    I'm sorry you are having issues adding your card to Apple Pay.

    I would suggest leaving it a few days and try again. If you are still having an issue, you can contact our Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon-Fri: 8am-9pm) (Sat-Sun: 8am-4pm). The team will be able to check if there are any Apple Pay tokens to activate. Unfortunately, if there is nothing at our end to activate, you would have to get in touch with Apple.
