I made a purchase using my Clubcard Pay+ on 25th September, the purchase price of £40.54 was taken from my Clubcard Pay+ account on the 26th September. I have not received my purchases and the supplier doesn't respond to my email. I am new to this Community and a pensioner; does anyone know what course of action that I can take to get my £40.54 refunded please?
