Strong Customer Authentication

    Hi, I have recently changed my phone as my old phone broke. Since setting the tesco bank app on my new phone, I am no longer able to authorise online payments in the app, instead I am only getting the option to receive a code by text message. I have enabled push notifications, but still not working. Can anyone help?

    @iaindunlop Hi there, thanks for getting in touch.

    Is it an Android or an Apple phone you have now? We have had an issue with notifications on Android devices, so we did have to revert those customers back to text alerts for the Strong Authentication.

    We have heard that issue has been resolved very recently so hopefully the alerts should start coming back through the app soon.
