Submitted my loan documentation, when will I hear back from Tesco?

    Hi @Rach0608, sorry to hear that you haven't heard back from our Loans team. So I can look into the status of your application, please send a private message with your full name DOB, and postcode to @Tesco-Bank. For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system.

    Hi JAKELGR and bukkynikky. We wouldn't be able to confirm the status of your application via social media but we can check to see if it’s been received and is being processed. Please send a private message to @Tesco-Bank with your full name, DOB and postcode. If accepted, the money should be in your account within 2 business of us receiving your signed paperwork.

    Please note: don't include the @ symbol when putting in the contact details via private message, just Tesco-Bank.

    Hi I sent back my signed documents last Wednesday and I still have not heard anything ? How can I find out when the money will go into my bank account ?? This has been awful service so far I had to wait a long time to get the paperwork sent out!

    Hi, I made a loan application and had it approved in principle, I have signed my documents and returned the supporting documentation.
    When should I be given a decision on this?

    Hi guys sent back my signed loan documents 1st thing this morning via Royal Mail, what's the estimated response time at the moment ? I only ask because I need the funds by Thursday. Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi @Helade, once we receive the documents, it should take two working days for the paperwork to be checked and the funds sent to your account. If you've not heard anything back by now, it may be worth calling us on 0345 600 6016, available between 8am - 10pm on weekdays and 9am - 5pm at the weekend, and our Loans team can check on the progress for you.
