Help please

    I don't have a account or insurance policy with tescos but on my bank statement it's showing I have £100 payment pending for Tesco insurance. I've tried to dispute it with my bank but they are unable to do anything until payment has cleared.
    I've tried to contact tesco insurance directly but as i dont have a policy number or anything im finding it very difficult to contact them for help.
    Anyone able to help me please ? £100 is alot of money for me to lose to something I don't even have

    Your bank should be able to provide you with more detail with regards to the payment going through, the type of insurance, if we could please ask you to question again with them.

    With some further information if you could contact a colleague on the relevant number below, they will be able to further investigate the charge appearing.
