What's been done to the system!?
For weeks(almost 2 months) now we have not received a single notification on transactions made.
We have 2 credit cards and when an OTP was required we used to get the option of which mobile nr to text it to. This also no longer happens.
Often when we have to go to the app to authorise, it's has an error and we can't proceed.
We have Apple 12 & 14 model phones running iOS 17.7.
All notifications have been checked on the phone and app, turned on/off multiple times, all with no impact.
We are at the point where we are looking into changing to another supplier when our card expires in a few months as we don't feel our account is safe.

There have been countless comments about this on here and other online forums. Why is it not sorted yet!?
