Closed one Tesco savings account and opened another. Got email saying statement (for closed a/c) available in document store - no trace. Rang and told statement on way in post but all previous statements saved electronically - cant it be sent by email or messaged to my new account?

Unfortunately, if the account has been closed, as you were advised, we would need to send the statement in the post.

The statement should arrive in 5-7 calendar days from when you requested it.
