    Been billed £110 interest but paid my balance in full and on time. Can’t get to speak to anyone on the helpline not getting the option to speak to a person

    @Jsollis Hey there, thanks for your query.

    In this case you would need to speak with our team to try and get to the bottom of this. To speak to one of my colleagues, on the 0345 300 4278 line, please choose option 2 and enter your security details the press 0. If you have no details to hand, then just press 0 and you will be passed through.

    The system may not recognise the 0 option the first time, in this case just wait for it to read the options again and you should be able to press 0 again and you will be passed through to an agent.
