Wait times for calls to be answered

    How long are people waiting on hold before calls are answered? We have spent hours & hours across multiple calls, with No Answer. The longest was THREE hours! This has been for over a month now.

    I'm sorry you've experienced long wait times before you could speak to a representative.

    The wait time for our customers calling through is constantly reviewed with the aim to make that time as short as possible with the options for the most frequently requested queries highlighted on the phone system directing to the best solution.

    I will raise your message as feedback which is reviewed by Senior Management on a monthly basis to provide the best customer service that we can.

    I too have been getting this and the one time I did get a human she told me to call again!
