I took a Tesco loan out back in 2019 but never received any details to login online to check the loan or pay it back early. I also don’t have a “loan reference number” or anything.
my last date of payment should have been last month, however, I am still being charged the direct debit.
im currently working offshore therefore am unable to call support and there doesn’t seem to be an email address for help.
how do I find out when my loan is paid off or my outstanding balance?
