Hi,

I want to stop a payment that is currently showing as pending, is this possible?

We're not able to stop pending transactions, I'm afraid. Are you concerned about the payment for any reason?

Clearly she is - as am I! What is wrong with you? If we need to stop a pending payment there is usually a good reason!

On mine it was a scam they said they refunded but that is showing as another OUT payment.

And yes I have recontacted them and they insist they refunded so it should show on my statement as 0.

@euphrosene you are right. It's an insurance company that's taken a renewal payment even though I told them I don't want it renewing and now I have an admin fee of £25 they are taking out of their refund to me. If I was able to cancel it straight away I would not be £25 down. Obviously I've put in a complaint but this is an insurance company we are talking about.
