Hi. Sorry silly question.

but I honestly can’t remember if my loan payments are direct debit. Was just about to pay online and it said make an extra payment. This will be my first payment and didn’t want to do it manually incase I did 2 payments.

Your loan is paid by direct debit. This would have been set up when you opened the account.
