I am abroad, outside Europe, so my phone is on flight mode. I'm locked out of my account and need to reset the credit card app. I can't do this as they are sending a text message. I have access to the Internet, but not phone calls or sms.

Does anyone know of a way to contact Tesco bank (not phone obviously) so that i can get my banking app password reset?

I'm sorry to hear about this situation you're in. I understand this will be frustrating to hear; however, you will need a Temporary Security Number (TSN) to regain access to your account. These can only be issued by text or post. TSN's aren't issued by email, I'm afraid.
