I've had an internet saver account for a long time.
For whatever reason the previous (non Tesco) account I had linked for payments out was removed.
Via website banking I attempted to re-add the account but was unsuccessful - because it was in joint names I believe. Yesterday I phoned customer support and they added the account.
I can see the account and attempt to make a transfer to it via website banking but the transfer repeatedly fails. I cannot see the account at all if using the banking app.
I'd really like to be able to withdraw my money!
