How can my son access his JISA now he is 18?

It has disappeared from my Tesco App. He has opened a separate Tesco savings account but cannot see his JISA on there and cannot add it (the link to add accounts needs a card number, but there is no card for that sort of account).

If the option to transfer the account isn't available, then please ask your son to call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be able to arrange this for him 😊
