Hi.
I received a replacement card with a new number. Now I cannot access the previous cards statements, though they are only a few months old. Help please.

When you receive a card with a new number, you will no longer be able to view statements with the old card number on the mobile app.

However, you can view them via Online Banking (up to 5 years' worth). I hope this clarifies things for you.
