Hi guys,

A month ago I made an online credit card payment to purchase an item from a seemingly genuine website. This website subsequently turned out to be fraudulent and the item never arrived nor did I receive any correspondence from the seller.

I believe there is a form I need to complete in order to make a claim with Tesco Credit Card but I can’t find it anywhere.

Please can someone point me in the right direction?
