I applied for a loan and got accepted but the window timed out before I could save or accept. I got an email with my ID but when I try to resume it says it doesn’t exist. Can anyone help on how to accept the application.

If the application has timed out, then you'll need to call us to progress with it. You can reach the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.
