Hello

I received a letter from Tesco Bank yesterday titled 'We're improving your fraud protection'. Except I am not, nor ever have been a Tesco Bank customer. There are no account details or unique references other than my name and address. Any ideas as to why I might receive this letter? I'm a Tesco customer and club card holder - might they be mail shoting everyone from that side of the business as well? Thought the bank got sold off to Barclays, so that theory might not hold water.
