How do you change the username on the banking app? I can view it but not change it. It happens to be the recommended name when registering for the app, but happens to be an old email address I have no access to. I have changed the email address to the new one but that does not change the user name. Perhaps it does not matter, as the log in only requires some digits from a security number and a password?

You can't change the username, I'm afraid, so will need to keep using the existing one.

If you've already updated your email address and have no issue logging in, then that's all you need to do 😊
