I am trying to pay my credit card through a new bank account and I am trying to pay via the info I have and have used elsewhere but the bank software is having none of it...... what is the proper name sort code and account number for a tescos Mastercard

I have used the details but chase the bank does say no such account which I know is not true. Thank you for the advice on the pay by bank in the app I will have a look but I would like to get this working via faster pay if possible, what name do I use for details?
