Our credit card has been blocked and despite being on hold for over an hour it has still not been sorted out. We have been told a call back could take up to 48 hours! We have blocked transactions that need clearing now and a Tesco delivery which won't go through. Please contact us urgently to resolve this

Is there a way to chat online to Tesco bank? I can't find anything apart from a phone number and no help is available from them.
