My previous phone died. New one acquired and restored from Google. However it didn't add my tesco MasterCard to wallet. All other cards were added, and the card remains in Google Pay. It advised 'Couldn't finish card set up for pay contactless ' and suggested I contact my bank. Called tesco who advised no negative markers on my account, contact Google. Google advise, contact bank. Because of chip and pin failure I also ordered a replacement card. Now received, but all numbers the same, including security code, and so still won't add to wallet.
I need someone to own the problem please Tesco, to give me a positive outcome
