Hello, I applied for a Tesco loan one week ago and I received a text message saying I had been approved and would receive my documents by post within 3-4 days. but I didn't receive any documents yet, can I receive this and sign by e-mail? can i know what is the issue ?

We're not able to email these, I'm afraid, but can arrange for another to be posted if they haven't arrived.
