Hi,
My credit card is fully functional when shopping in person using contactless and PIN. However it is always declined when I use it to shop online, irrespective of the amount.

How can this be rectified? I often receive a message saying I don’t have a one time activation code.

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you send a private message, we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card online.

If there are no blocks or restrictions, it could be a problem with 3D secure which is the system used to verify the card for online purchases. If this is the case, you'll need to call us to resolve this.

This is happening to me too. Today I couldn't even pay for my Tesco food shop with my Tesco credit card! please help
