Is there a known problem with new tesco credit cards being sent out. I have a friend who is having issues with it not arriving and she has been told the card issuer hasn't made the cards? She is still waiting, it's been going on for 3-4 weeks now.

We are aware of a small number of customers who have been impacted by an incident that has resulted in replacement cards not arriving.
Work is underway to deliver a fix for all customers who have been impacted to this point and we're working to send new cards to those affected as soon as possible.
