I paid off my recent balance over a week ago but the available credit has still not refreshed. When can I expect this to happen as I only have £15 available?

This can sometimes happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance.
If you send a private message, we'll be able to check this for you and release the hold if that is the case.
