I’ve received an email this morning to say my 0% interest offer comes to end in 2 months (11/01/25) when it should be November 2026 as I took out the 28 month 0% card in April this year.

I owe quite a bit on it and am now freaking out as I can’t pay interest the balance I have alongside other commitments I have.

I don’t know if it’s to do with the Barclays take over but I’ve found a doc Tesco sent that says T&C’s and interest promotional rates won’t change under Barclays. I’m hoping it’s an error. Has anyone else had this email?

@Jellycat14 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! Your 0% expiry date won't be affected by this.

This will be an email to let you know that the introductory period to process transfers at a 0% rate is coming to an end. It won't impact any existing transfers on the account.

However, if you send a private message, we'll check this for you.

I too have had an email stating 0% rate ending in April...this was if I recall a 30 month balance transfer taken out in 2024 which would take me well into 2026...funny how this has occured after the Barclays take over.
The question has to be asked are we tesco credit card holders being stitched up by Barclays?

I had an email today also saying my 0% balance transfer deal is ending in May. I've only been on the rate a few months and it should be lasting I think 36 months! What's going on, Tesco?
