Hi,

I have turned off notifications in the app but I keep getting them, I've tried turning them on and off again but can't get rid of them

Have you tried to use the 'reset app' option from the main menu to see if this resolves the issue for you?

Please be aware, you will need to log back in using your username, password and security number if you choose this option so only do so if you remember your details.
