When I call the general credit card number there is no option to speak to an advisor. What number should I call?

The number to call is the general credit card number, 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm)

The phone system will take you through the most frequently requested services as options and if they don’t match your requirements, and no option is selected, then it will transfer you to a Customer Service Representative.
