I asked for my wife to be an additional person on my credit card account. She got a pin number in but no card. Will there be one arriving? It has been over 5 days since she received the pin number.

I'm sorry the card hasn’t arrived for your wife yet.

There has been a delay on sending the cards out, these have now been processed and the card for your wife should arrive in the next day or twos post.

If the cards not arrived by Saturdays post then if you can please let us know on 0345 300 4278 and we can investigate further.
