Hi there i got a replacement card that i ordered a while ago... gone to use it first time and noticed the expiry is 10/24......the start date is 1 month earlier!

Is this a mistake as why would it have 1 month till it expires

@Mark25810 Hi Mark, thanks for getting in touch.

When it comes to the expiry date this is only updated the beginning of the month prior, usually within the first week, and a new card sent out automatically with the new details.

Most likely what has happened is the card you had requested was done in the short time before we updated your expiry date, so it was still produced with the 10/24 date on it.

Can I ask if you also received the card with the new expiry?

I only noticed the short date yesterday when i finally decided to use it

I just ordered a replacement via the website so hoping this comes soon and has longer date on

Hi it came the ither day with 2029 on so thats ok

Do i need to make a new pin or activate the card to stay using it online or in shops
