My husband and I have a credit card each on the same account with the same pass code.
He was recently sent a new card, which he had not requested, and which looked identical to his existing card. He destroyed the old card and started to try and use the new card but it is always declined, whether he uses contactless or enters the code and regardless of the amount he tries to pay. My card continues to work on the original pass code. Why was he sent the new card?
