I have two balance transfers with different end dates, Do my monthly payments all go to the oldest transfer first? and the newest transfer stays at same value until the oldest is paid off in full?

When making payments towards the account, the payments will be allocated towards the balance that is accruing the most interest first. If no balance is gaining interest, the payments will then go towards the 0% balance that is due to expire first.
