I tried making a payment for a phone bill using my credit card, the payment didn’t go through and I had to use alternative means to pay it. When I called up the supplier, they had no record of the payment and couldn’t cancel it but advised me it wouldn’t leave my account as they hadn’t requested it.

it’s been 7 days and it’s still showing as pending on my account even though the payment hasn’t gone through. How will I get this money back into my account?
