    I have a Tesco online account and Clubcard, both registered in my name.
    Recently, every online grocery shop ordered has been cancelled
    Tesco Customer Service claim that cancellations are due to failed security authorisations by the bank
    All security questions have been answered and additional checks at checkout have also been successfully answered
    The bank claim that there are no issues with the bank account and necessary funds have always been available when placing orders
    Is the problem because the Tesco account is in my name and the default payment card is in my partners name?
    If not can Tesco please identify and resolve the issue as call centre agents say they are unable to and I am going around in circles
