I applied for a loan, got accepted, received the email with loan id but then it timed out. How do I get back to the application?

Sorry to hear it timed out. This means you'll need to call us to progress with it, I'm afraid.
You can reach the Loans team on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm, and they'll be happy to help.
