I would like to transfer money I mistakenly paid into my Clubcard Pay + account back to my bank current account Thought it would be an easy task and followed the instructions to transfer into the Round up account and make the transfer from there. Waste of time still can't make the transfer, says there is no linked bank account but offers no option to create one. The back story to this, added £104 to my Clubcard taking it up to £120, at the till the payment exceeded the card so used my bank £230+

If you select 'make a payment' from the menu in the mobile app, you'll be able to transfer the funds to your current account.
If you click the + sign in the top right-hand corner, you will be able to add a new payee.

@ChristopherP Got there in the end but it wasn't easy. The instructions on their site are wrong or at least incomplete. Setting up a payee only worked because I overrode the misinformation that the new payee conflicted with an existing record. Thank you very much anyway, I don't think I would have made the transfer without your help
